Questions

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. For reformer classes, fitted activewear works best so we can help with alignment and nothing catches on the machine. Grip socks are required for reformer sessions. Please make sure that you do not have zips on clothing as this can damage the machines, thank you.
Please contact us for a free, one to one 20 minute session so we can get to know you, find out about any injuries and introduce you to the equipment you will use in our classes.

Many clients come to us when returning to exercise after injury, surgery or a long break. Because our reformer classes are limited to 5 people, exercises can often be adapted. If you have a recent injury, surgery or medical concern, please contact us before booking so we can guide you.
